Laura completed a dual bachelor’s degree at Western University in Sciences and Health Sciences, and she started her professional career in hospitality management prior to pivoting into HR and, most recently, research. Although vastly different industries, her careers have always shared one commonality — people. She is passionate about fostering environments that help people do their best work and contribute to a positive, inclusive, equitable people first culture.
